Roast Potato with Rosemary & Garlic


  • 500 gr frozen simply mash potato
  • 30 gr Coconut oil
  • 20 gr fresh rosemary ½ chopped
  • 3 cloves of fresh garlic smashed and diced
  • Sea salt to taste


  1. Set an oven at 220c fan forced. When hot place the oil in the pan to heat up, when the oil is hot place the frozen simply mash potato in the hot oil together with the garlic and fresh rosemary, toss to coat the potato roast in the oven for 15 min then give them a stir and roast for another 15 min or to your liking, season with sea salt and serve.
