Ingredients
- 800g McCain Crispers
- Disposable piping bags filled with your choice of sweet chilli sauce, sour cream, BBQ sauce, tomato relish, guacamole and other dips, etc.
Steps
- Deep fry McCain Crispers as instructed on the pack and drain.
- Divide crispers between 4 plates, placing Crispers upwards.
- Place two to three piping bags on the table to share, so customers can personalise their Crispers.
- Alternatively use squeeze bottles to serve at the table
Tip: Crispers are easier to fill if you lean them on each other as shown.
