Grazing Plate

Ingredients

  • 8 x 40g battered fish pieces
  • 8 battered prawns
  • 400g McCain Crispers
  • 250g McCain sweet potato fries
  • 250g McCain Hash Brown Nuggets
  • Crispy onions
  • 3 x dips of your choice (sour cream, sweet chili, tomato, tartare, aioli, etc)
  • Lemon & lime wedges & a sprinkle of fresh herbs

Steps

  1. Deep fry the fish, prawns and three lots of McCain potato fries until crisp and golden.
  2. Place fries into three piles on a Large serving platter and scatter fish and prawns around.
  3. Place three dipping sauces on to platter and finish attractively with lemon, lime and herbs.
