Ingredients

  • 180g porterhouse steak, seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 4 baby peppers
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Moroccan seasoning combined with 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 150g McCain sweet potato wedges, deep fried
  • Butter leaf salad to serve

Steps

  1. Cook porterhouse on a hot skillet pan searing well on both sides, then remove and allow to rest.
  2. Add peppers, tomatoes and half the seasoning in oil, tossing until peppers blister.
  3. Slice porterhouse and fan across serving plate.
  4. Toss McCain sweet potato wedges with peppers mix, and plate beside steak.
  5. Drizzle additional seasoning over and serve with a butter leaf salad.
