Ingredients

  • 1 burger bun, split open and toasted
  • 2 tbsp aioli
  • 2 rashers streaky bacon, cooked until crisp
  • ½ cup scrambled egg
  • ½ ripe avocado, sliced
  • 150g McCain Straight Cut Fries 13mm, deep fried
  • Extra aioli and cracked pepper to serve

Steps

  1. Spread the burger bun inside top and bottom with aioli, then layer from the base up with bacon, scrambled egg and sliced avocado.
  2. Top with a handful of fries (approx. 50g), then place lid on top to serve.
  3. Add extra fries to the plate and serve with additional aioli with cracked pepper.
