Ingredients
- 1 burger bun, split open and toasted
- 2 tbsp aioli
- 2 rashers streaky bacon, cooked until crisp
- ½ cup scrambled egg
- ½ ripe avocado, sliced
- 150g McCain Straight Cut Fries 13mm, deep fried
- Extra aioli and cracked pepper to serve
Steps
- Spread the burger bun inside top and bottom with aioli, then layer from the base up with bacon, scrambled egg and sliced avocado.
- Top with a handful of fries (approx. 50g), then place lid on top to serve.
- Add extra fries to the plate and serve with additional aioli with cracked pepper.
Great with a Bloody Mary!
