As the name suggests, our Stay Crisp French Fries feature a unique coating that absorbs less oil, enabling them to stay ‘freshly cooked’ crispy even if they are held for a while. Their 10mm cut provides a faster cook time for speedy delivery.

 

Ingredients

Potato (90%), Coating (Modified Potato Starches (1412, 1414, 1400), Rice Flour, Salt, Raising Agents (450, 500), Thickener (415)), Canola Oil.  

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from frozen. Product must be cooked before consumption. Deep Fry Deep fry in oil at 175°C for 2 - 3 minutes. Shake basket to remove excess oil. FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN. Always cook to a light golden colour. When using smaller amounts reduce cooking time. DO NOT OVER COOK.
