Cooking Instructions
For best results cook from frozen. Product must be cooked before consumption. Deep fry Deep fry in oil at 175°C for 2 1/4 - 2 3/4 minutes. Shake basket to remove excess oil. OVEN 1. Preheat oven and oven tray to 220°C fan forced for 10 minutes. 2. Spread McCain McCain Cross Trax Fries in a single layer on the preheated oven tray and place in the top half of the oven. 3. Bake in oven for 5 minutes, turn and continue heating for a further 5-7 minutes until they’re lovely, crisp and light golden. Regular turning is unnecessary.
