Grazing Plate

Ingredients
- 8 x 40g battered fish pieces
- 8 battered prawns
- 400g McCain Crispers
- 250g McCain sweet potato fries
- 250g McCain Hash Brown Nuggets
- Crispy onions
- 3 x dips of your choice (sour cream, sweet chili, tomato, tartare, aioli, etc)
- Lemon & lime wedges & a sprinkle of fresh herbs
Steps
- Deep fry the fish, prawns and three lots of McCain potato fries until crisp and golden.
- Place fries into three piles on a Large serving platter and scatter fish and prawns around.
- Place three dipping sauces on to platter and finish attractively with lemon, lime and herbs.
Perfect to upsell a simple side salad such as rocket & parmesan, or Greek salad.
TIP: This is also a great way to serve a battered and crumbed chicken platter for sharing, replacing the tartare with smoky BBQ or onion relish.
